USELESS. Tried to book a taxi for the next morning, couldn't because it was more than 6hrs in advance. Set an alarm an hour early to book in the morning. Booking went through, but app didn't say it had assigned a driver or let me know anyone was coming. Used a different firm instead and then got texted abuse from this apps driver for canceling short notice. Sort the app out! Not for me though, because I won't be using it again.

It would be great if prebooked cars showed up at the time you wanted them instead of only looking for a car at the pickup time. I have had to cancel 2 bookings this week because waiting would have made me late for an appointment. When I book a taxi for a 10am pick up it needs to BE THERE at 10 am.
