I do agree that this app is a good and simple add. But it is very bad when it comes to driver and there right,, customers even they are mistaken a deduction will be from the driver!! Even no matter if you explain... Some one out side of the country who knows nothing about the traffic nor about the country nature decides the diduction!!! It is pathetic

very bad 😞. captain. application every taime rong passenger give. coming passenger and not pay money now I make complaint the application suspended my account this application not do action customer so any captain using this app be careful 🙏🙏🙏

Great app, fair pricing for both the passenger and driver however if you can add distance between passengers pickup point and the destination on the trip request pop-up for the drivers it'd be very helpful and also i recommend you increase your marketing in Zim to get more drivers and passengers .
