Different rate categories determine the final order price. You’ll know a fixed price in advance. A taxi meter is used to charge by time and distance. If a passenger changes the route during the trip or asks you to wait, it’s easy to edit the order yourself, calculate the new price, and accommodate the passenger's wishes.

I've been using this apps for 4 months now . i really suggest that in request group there should be a 10-15 seconds requesting time delay then the apps should pick the nearest requester because sometimes even if the customer is in front of you if you have delay internet connection someone with a high internet connection will have the advantage even they're far away from the pickup point . please fix this issue . for the inconveniences of the customer and the rider . thankyou.

The order in unavailable that's why I try to cancel my order but it appear "an error acurred please try again and I cannot cancel anymore, I cannot take another order due to lack of option. Even I ask the client to cancel she told me that she cannot cancel too. what's wrong please help
