Ratings and reviews

The app is cancer. If you tab out it usually restarts, and it's 50/50 if it saves your information. Even if it does save what you've already typed, you usually have to go through the prompts again anyways. In the final step, I had to click "no thanks" no less than 30 times to it's upgrades, because each time I reviewed infor elsewhere or double checked my data, it brings you back to the start of the step so you can get gagged by its own ads. Remember, this isn't free. They get paid by the IRS.

I'd be more than happy to describe my experience with the app, if I had any experience to share. I can't get past the two factor authentication even though I put the same verification code that was sent to my email EVEN AFTER I had to go through and reset my password because it doesn't work with Google password vault. I tried several times but in the end, I had to manually enter everything and it arbitrarily locked me out of my account for exceeding max input tries with the RIGHT CODE ALL ALONG.

The app is just the mobile website, so it really may as well not exist. Especially considering the drop down menus don't work on either. It's only a feature websites have used for well over two decades, on of the most basic navigational features in we page design. You people can't even make a drop down menu work and you exist me to trust you with filling my taxes? Utterly embarrassing.
