worst banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. when it works, they make you jump through hoops and menus just to pay on your loan. you would think they would make it easier to take your money. half the time I have to wait until I'm home and use the website instead because the app is trash.

Before the site was "updated " it worked fine. It could do transfers and check captures with no problems. Since the "update" , the site often crashes while I'm trying to enter my account which then means I have to uninstall the app then reinstall it! Even then it sometimes doesn't work! Since I don't live in the area and can't do check captures with my computer, I need the app to work the way it used to work!

fix your app!!! its getting ridiculous I need to be able to check my accounts when I want to without having to go to the bank. it just freezes up 70% of the time that I try to use it. I'm not missing any updates and there's no good reason to have something this important be this buggy.
