Great alternative to Google Play music! The customization is great! I love how an album art finder is built right in, the EQ is really responsive and improves the different sounds of music I own. The one issue I have with this is that I would like the app to generalize artist sections better, by that I mean that the section breaks down contributing composers and separates them all. This becomes problematic with artists such as Tupac. With so many collaborators there are often 4 or 5 different sections just for 1 album.
Best music player app yet I'm buying the full program. It does everything I want, is easy to navigate, imports my playlist exactly as I have them set up, and the sound quality is outstanding. I have it plugged into my old Pioneer amp and play It through 200 Watt Kenwood speakers and I can shake the walls if I want. It sounds just as good on earphones. Best of all, It actually works without freezing up!!! Great app.
Nice player Simple to use, nice functions, does what it says it's supposed to do. Doesn't try to get too fancy. Better than most players I've tried , and that's a lot . Even a retard could use it. Also has a good amount of options when it comes to add-on's and things to upgrade your player.
Excellent player Close to perfect, as a power user the only things preventing 5 stars are: - No support for .cue files - No option to use local folder album art if ID3 art is empty - Folder browser does not honor "prefer ID3 artwork" setting (Poweramp manages this beautifully including reading folder.jpg for folder thumbnails) - Should be able to permanently see rating without bringing up all the overlays covering album art. - Allow custom playlist export with relative paths for easy sync between devices
Shake feature too sensitive. Hides notification bar Even with the shake sensitivity turned all the way up, just sitting my phone down changes the song. And when I tried to use shake, it would gofoward, then back. It would never keep going to the next song. I like everything else. Having trouble paying for app for those two reasons right now.
Messed up my efforts! I recently upgraded to Marshmallow OS on my Lenovo K4 Note and in the process lost all my playlists. I can see the playlist files with m3u.ppo extension in a folder named "Playerpro" on my SD card, but cannot add in the app. Furthermore, now I find that the artist and album artwork I had painstakingly saved/organised has also disappeared. This is most unpleasant experience of PlayerPro. On top of this all my e-mails to the developer are getting no responses!
- Added an option to display the song remaining time instead of the song duration on the player screen
- Added support for system sound effects panels: allows to use phone/vendor specific sound effects panels like Samsung SoundAlive, Dolby Atmos etc
- Fixed a bug causing the notification text color to appear dark with dark themes
- Various bug and stability fixes
- Updated translations
