The branch experience is terrible, and the app is terrible. I was so excited to have Mobile deposit so I wouldn't need to go into a branch anymore, and it basically never works. It took them years to catch up to all of their competition, and in all that time they still couldn't get it right.
Despite attempts every week to deposit paychecks since the app came out, I have still have not been able to do a mobile deposit. It is beyond frustrating since I have looked at tips and tricks to doing it right. Tried everything I possibly could. Still nothing. I will be switching banks in the near future unless this gets fixed. Update: STILL have not been able to do a mobile deposit since posting this review. This is by far the WORST banking app I have ever used.
Too many errors. Not happy. I would rather wait longer for this. Bring back the old one if you can't fix the bugs. Don't force us to use something that affects our lives in such an important area stuck as banking. Should be more reliable considering its controlling what we work so hard for. We are trusting you... show us you know what you're doing.
Im not sure if they have made changes to this app or not but I did not have any issues depositing checks. I actually almost didnt down load because of all the negative comments but it was so cold out I didnt want to run to the bank and figured what the heck. So far very easy to use and easy to navegate.
Plain and simple THIS APP NEEDS WORK. The app will open itself up randomly. I will be texting and the app starts itself. My phone is a galaxy s7 Active and my phone is up to date with o rd software. I read lots of review stating this same problem. Why don't you guys fix it???
I used to LOVE this app. Recent updates have ruined it. Give me back my good banking app! It took TCF so long to get one. Developer keeps responding to reviews that Running Balance bug has been fixed. It hasn't. Fingerprint verification has never worked for me and I can't find a way to shut off the annoying pop-up. Please, please fix bugs or just put it back to the way it was. FYI, some reviewers comment they cannot deposit checks with the app. That I can do. Please don't let that feature bug out. I'll change my review if app improves. It saves me a ton of time! I'm running app on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.
