Easy And fast Once mobile deposit is available and new updates come it will be better. Very important that information is valid and up to date. I've witnessed pending transitions not showing both mobile and online. So if I don't keep my own ledger I could be screwed with fees thinking transactions are posted when they are not. So relying on it completely I do not. However having the app and account available in seconds is amazing. Having multiple checking to transfer funds on the fly much needed if tight budget.
Please offer mobile deposit! TCF has got to be the only bank left on earth to not offer a mobile deposit function via their mobile app. I am getting beyond frustrated waiting for them to catch up with modern times. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade but am considering switching banks just so I can have this extremely useful and convenient service that every other bank I can think of offers!
Works as advertised, LOVE IT! LG LEON, I don't know why others are having problems logging in. I suspect that they didn't take the time to read the instructions on the main website. You need to tell TCF your phone number that you will be using to be able to log in from your smartphone or tablet. This is for your security people.
NEEDS MOBILE DEPOSIT CAPABILITY! I have an online-only debit checking account, and rarely make physical deposits at the bank. It's a good thing, because the only TCF in my area recently closed, and the next nearest branch is over 100 miles away. All I have near me now are TCF ATMs, and they don't have deposit capability. What are your online customers to do??
Ok, functions, but needs upgrades App works as necessary, but only the basics. Would love to see some changes and upgrades. Graphics seem juvenile, not clean and professional looking. Would love to have the option for it to remember at least my login name. Would LOVE to be able to log in with my fingerprint! How about the option for real-time text alerts for every transaction? How about mobile deposits? Your app is not up-to-date with the times. Need serious work.
This app takes care of the essentials as well as it should. No complaints there. However, I do believe it is in dire need of an update to current standards. By this I mean things such as fingerprint to log in, maybe even just a pin to log in, push notifications for daily balances, notifications for transactions.. these are all features that almost every other banking app offers nowadays. Get with the times, TCF!
