Interesting idea with future potential I didn't think that one might be able to write an entertaining game around the times table, but TCKSOFT have have done one. It's a perfectly serviceable little game, and could be quite challenging. I think if this game has some flaws it is in the difficulty level. The multiplications remain easy and repeat too often. if I were designing this game, I would create a matrix of possible outcomes and jumble them so each only occurs once. You could also arrange them into classes of difficulty - have single digit vs single digit, double digit vs. single, double digit vs. double. And what about three multiplications? Single x single x single, single x single x double..etc. You could also change the operation - division for example, or find the prime number on the screen. If you wanted a bit of variety, you could do quite a few different operations to keep people on their toes. Or just flash up stages of the equation like in the Runway Maths game on Takeshi's Castle which have to be assembled and the right answer located. I think that there is a lot you could do with the base template and turn it into a real puzzler against the clock. Perhaps for the next version.
