Why does the app show that I have no compatible devices? I have phone(s), chromecasts, Google TVs etc. - this app seems to not be compatible with anything.

it was working fine in the beginning until one day it just stopped working and once you try to turn on the app it would stay loading once the loading stopped it would indicate that there was no network while all other apps work perfectly fine

I have never been able to use this app as every time I try to agree to the terms of service it just tells me there's no connection to the server. having just got a brand new TCL TV I'm not too happy about it to say the least.
