About this app

The latest version of our mobile banking app makes it easier than ever to access your credit union accounts on the go.

It includes all the features you would expect, including:

• View latest balances on your membership, savings and loan accounts
• Transfer money instantly between credit union accounts
• Pay your bills or pay money to family, friends or another account you own
• View and manage your monthly salary deduction
• Securely message our support team

Mobile banking is available to any London Mutual member.

• If this is your first time using mobile banking, you will need to register as a first-time user the first time you install and open the app. This process confirms your ID and sets up your login details.
• If you used the previous version of the app, simply log in using the same log in details, or use the ‘Lost your login details’ link on the sign in screen.

What do I need to register?
To register for the first time, you will need to be able to receive a text on the mobile number you gave us when you joined the Credit Union. You will also need:

• Your Member Number – included on your welcome letter
• Your National Insurance number
