Its been working fine. However need to accept wholesale customers etransfer for their payment Monday morning and wont work. Is causing me delays with setting up my new kitchen, a critical few days and month end preparing for. May pull my business account cause you are stopping me from doing my work!!!!!!
I use this app for trading only and I've yet to have a session where it doesn't error or crash. The bugs are known by TD trading staff yet they're not fixed. It is beyond frustrating to be told to use the website instead of the app by your own staff due to the known numerous issues.
Would give zero stars if possible. App is practically useless. WebBroker is named correctly as it is broke too often. TDW reps do not know what is goimg on if you get through after a 20 minute wait. Moved all my accounts out of useless incompetent TD.
Does not work for the first hour of trading every day. Complained to td and was told to use the website. Plus have to 20 min on hold in order to complain. Just gave up now. Going to switch to a different broker.
Needs to show daily and weekly interac transfer availability. I keep hitting the 10k weekly limit and find out by denied transfers. Also need fingerprint sign in.
I dont like the fact i have to give up my contacts i go in order to access my bank account. What more marketing do you need to do. I already pay premium a month for my accounts. My contact info should remain confidential unless you have their approval to use them. Its unethical in my opinion
