Very poorly made app, constantly crashes, times out, and throws errors doing simple day-to-day functions. I've been using TD Bank App for my business for the last two years. Sometimes it will take 5 minutes of loading to deposit a check or even simply log in, only to throw an unknown error and say please try again another time. In this day and age, having to restart an app 4-5 times just to log in is just embarrassing.

It was working great. Then something changed a couple months ago and mobile deposits are a complete nightmare!! The app shuts down when attempting to photograph the check for deposit. Its like they don't want my money in their bank. I uninstalled and reinstalled a few times - nothing works!! Fix it soon or this long time customer will have to bank elsewhere!!!!!! Annoyed!!

I always get an error when trying to transfer money via Zelle. Zelle works fine in the website itself when sending and receiving funds, but I should be able to to do in the app without issue. I just get a generic "We're working on it!" landing page and a button for status updates that says there's nothing to be found. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app didn't help things. Very disappointing to have this issue.
