What good is an app that can't be log into from around the world? Not everyone lives in Thailand and Thailand has some great actor. for people in the USA this app is useless we because we can't login in using our phone number. We don't have +66 before are phone numbers

As a TRUE customer for over ten years, not only has this app received minimal changes, but most of those rare changes haven't benefited the users. You get bombarded by ads so much from this mega corportion and yet they haven't invested a dime to make the privilege page better, for example. The UI is messy, making it confusing to navigate. App is slow and clunky. I've been giving them the same feedback for over these years...yeah, they just don't care.

This app is beyond annoying. Ads are everywhere—way too many! It’s impossible to enjoy a movie or cartoon without constant interruptions. Even if you pay for the premium package, ads still show up. What’s the point of paying for no ads if there are still ads? The playback is even worse. I pause a video, come back, and bam—more ads. Sometimes it doesn’t even resume properly, it just starts over from the beginning. It’s so frustrating, I don’t even want to use it anymore!
