Sometimes the search works and sometimes it doesn't - I find I can't just paste an address most of the time, I have to backspace to get the suggestions flowing and then the address might show up. Most of the time the first photo on a property doesn't show up and is a broken link. The plat maps aren't accessible either, the app just spins and never loads them. Other than these items it works pretty well.

EDIT: FINALLY GOT IT WORKING! I went to phone settings, then apps, then Elevate Parcel. Once in Elevate Parcel settings, I clicked "storage" and cleared both cache and data. THAT did not work alone, so under "Install unknown apps" I changed settings to ALLOW. I added 2 more stars to my review and will continue to add more if the app runs well.

Update: I switched from an S9 to an S22+. I was so happy when I realized the app would work again. But today I tried to use the app and I see it is broken again. I tried everything I tried before on my S9 and it still won't work. It will load the map but that's all it does, it won't load property lines or do anything else. Once again, a useless app.
