Latest Update limits messaging capabilities. There is ZERO ability to add lines (there is NO "enter" button on their keyboard now), so everything is a run-on sentence or paragraph. Why? (Yes, I have the latest version of your APP. That's when the problems started. Also, notifications are no longer showing through the app. Everyone on the team has said the same thing, so it is an app problem, not platform (Android/Apple) related.)

This app needs a lot of work. For the past 2 seasons, I've had parents tell me they don't get the notifications, there's always an error when trying to view them, and having to force close in order to see new messages. I'm unable to send timely messages to the team if there are cancelations or change in venue. That's a big problem! This was what was told for us coaches to use in this league, but I need something more reliable. The online, desktop version is great. It only lacks messages.

Finally fixed the notifications, thank you! Customer service was great, and commented below, so I am editing my review. The reason I am still not getting 5 stars is that messages are cut off (without letting us know of a text limit), we cannot add images to chat, and we cannot click on links posted in chat. Hopefully those can also be updated by the team.
