Missing most features (teams, views, reports, knowledge base etc) and app hasnt been updated in 6+ months. Literally a textbook definition for minimum viable product. Worst part is they dont have a responsive mobile site either. -1 star for also logging you out of desktop every time you open the app. Possibly the most paranoid licensing scheme of any current helpdesk platform. Are there really alot of Teamsupport pirates out there trying to circumvent the EULA through fraudulent login sharing?

Very slow and missing features. Can't see any images. Extremely lacking.

Can't see any images? Really? Both app and website are terrible on phone/small screen. If you can't build a decent native app, at least make the web site work on mobile.
