I cannot get this app to run on a single device. I paid for all in one videos. my iPad and Galaxy devices all state that my hardware is not supported. why was I able to download and pay through the playstore for something I cannot use. I'm still awaiting a response to my email from the developer and also from playstore. can't even get that to happen. Was really excited to try this.

Update below. Initial review: The content is excellent but the app is completely dysfunctional. Setting changes can't be saved. There are excessive numbers of notifications but I haven't found any way to read the content of those notifications; clicking links me only to the chat page. The support link doesn't lead to support either. I really hope the app starts to work soon or I'll have to uninstall. UPDATE. Thanks for fixing it! I have now forgiven the app for the earlier aggravation.

Hi Johanne. I have created a work-around for the notifications until we can update that. Please try to send your feedback again, it seems to be working for most people.

Hello Mentour. I am totally blind writing from the philippines. Can you please improve the accessibility on the mentour App to be able to use with Talkback screen reader. I really wanted to use the app however, as of the moment, there are many parts of the app that are not screen reader friendly. there are many buttons that are unlabeled and cannot be activated. I hope this will be fixed soon.
