App is buggy as discussed in other reviews (easy to lose your attendance for a practice just by attempting to select more than one swimmer between saves). But today I was unable to get past the "loading data" screen when creating a new practice. Uninstall/reinstall did not solve the issue. Will try the ios version as I thankfully have an iPhone.

The App worked great for a year or two. Then, the Time Standards part of it just went haywire. I've uninstalled, re-installed, and contacted customer service about 5 times. No answer. It won't sort correctly. It also lists multiple swimmers, multiple times in the same event. So frustrating because it's the part of the App I like the most. Now, after this last install, my state's Age Group Standards aren't even listed anymore. Brutal. I use an Android.

3rd time reinstalling. The app stopped showing half the options, most important ones. Bothered everyone with it, thought something was wrong with the account. Reinstalling fixed the problem. Now the app tells me I'm using the wrong email address, doesn't recognize the manual log in, the finger print or facial recognition. Only had the app for less than a month. Caused more issues than it's worth :(
