False advertisement! Do not install this if you want to remote control your device, this app doesn't have that feature. They say it has remote control feature but it does not. The app displays a message at launch that your device supports it but it's missing from the app. There are also no add-ons you can install, it just wants you to contact the support team. You can do that but they will never answer.
Doesn't work with LeEco Pro3 for actual remote control, only viewing and chatting. The Teamviewer QuickSupport software for Android (version 12.0.6197) allows mirroring and chat, file transfer, device info, process stopping and the like, but not actually full remote control as the description indicates after the first paragraph in the function list. Remove the "Remote Control" from the list of capabilities or call it something different. Almost there. ( Windows PC Teamviewer software version 12.0.72365)
did not under stand one thing of your app... why you guys have put asus in business category?? sorry don't like this... as i am normal user and want to control my asus device from remote because i left it at home once.. and thankful to you guys i still have to worry about even you guys support rest brands out of business category. DID ASUS not work well with you guys? Thanks rest is this app/computer application works great in difficults times. you can guess why three stars.sorry!
It's miraculous! It enables me to help my family with their mobile phone problems from overseas. Thanks heaps. Just it's a tad slow and disconnects time to time, but overall it's fantastic.
I get an Out of space message when the remote control add-on tries to install. I've tried on 2 different devices.
Works great on LG V20 w/Android 7.0. The only problem I had was that I keep wanting to "swipe" my mouse to swipe an app on my phone! LOL Other than that (user error), I love it. Oh, one other thing - I couldn't find any info about the Quickconnect Button and how to use it. When I click it, it brings up the list of my devices but does nothing else. No big deal for me, but you may want to clarify its use somewhere or, if it exists, point to where the information can be found.
• New Add-Ons for remote controlling: handheld
