Doesn't work with LeEco Pro3 for actual remote control, only viewing and chatting. The Teamviewer QuickSupport software for Android (version 12.0.6197) allows mirroring and chat, file transfer, device info, process stopping and the like, but not actually full remote control as the description indicates after the first paragraph in the function list. Remove the "Remote Control" from the list of capabilities or call it something different. Almost there. ( Windows PC Teamviewer software version 12.0.72365)
False advertisement! Do not install this if you want to remote control your device, this app doesn't have that feature. They say it has remote control feature but it does not. The app displays a message at launch that your device supports it but it's missing from the app. There are also no add-ons you can install, it just wants you to contact the support team. You can do that but they will never answer.
It's miraculous! It enables me to help my family with their mobile phone problems from overseas. Thanks heaps. Just it's a tad slow and disconnects time to time, but overall it's fantastic.
Works great on LG V20 w/Android 7.0. The only problem I had was that I keep wanting to "swipe" my mouse to swipe an app on my phone! LOL Other than that (user error), I love it. Oh, one other thing - I couldn't find any info about the Quickconnect Button and how to use it. When I click it, it brings up the list of my devices but does nothing else. No big deal for me, but you may want to clarify its use somewhere or, if it exists, point to where the information can be found.
Android tv Did not work on either Android box running Android TV. Neither our mibox or our Nvidia Shield. It would just show a hand that tracked mouse movement but would not register clicks or drags.
Works Surprisingly enough it works, although the quality of the remote control feature is pretty bad and it still only works with select brand phones. Still has a long way to go.
• New Add-Ons for remote controlling: handheld
• Supporting more devices for remote controlling: Asus and Philips
• Introduced a link to the Settings on the first screen
• Improved performance for connections form Windows Phone to Android
• Other fixes and minor improvements
