I installed this app to access and control my phone from my computer, because no VNC server worked for me. Both computer and PC have to be connected to the Internet, which wouldn't be necessary with a simple VNC server, but I can live with that. The requirement for Internet connection means the phone can be controlled remotely with ease, even when the PC and the phone are not on the same local network, so it's understandable. Installation is easy and hassle-free. The desktop application shows the remote phone's CPU usage, RAM usage, installed Apps and other info. Very cool, and it may come in handy. Remote Control could use some polishing - some keystrokes (especially arrow keys, backspace and enter) often cause the screen to flicker and other weird behaviours. It is a bit sluggish and laggy. It's good enough to be usable, but another screen share app I tried (one which used H.264 compression) was very fast and responsive. My phone is a Nexus 4 running rooted stock Lollipop 5.1.1.
Can view not control nexus 6; both work Samsung Able to remote control Samsung note 4 and s3. Can view but not control Nexus 6. Other wise works pretty well.
Remote Control does not work. "Due to firmware restrictions, this device cannot be controlled remotely." Passing the buck to the firmware is lazy. Providing a way to make it work is the right course here. And to think we pay for Teamviewer at work. I will have to rethink this.
Good Pra quem ta com preguiça de sair da cama ahahha. A versão do celular, chega a ser melhor que a do pc
Screen Sharing works fine wth Sony Experia but I also have a Xiaomi Redmi and it doesn't work with that.
Still won't work with the One Plus One ASOP add-on won't install, It seems like the add-on is still the old one.
