We use teamviewer for our primary support tool and until recently it has been amazing to be able to support our users and servers on the go. The service queue and tracking is amazing and the user friendly tools are fantastic. My favorite tool is easily the remote macros for quick tasks. Best remote support tool for in-house or remote IT contractors , hands down. I'm right, and if you disagree it is purely PEBCAK.

Love this app! Every once in a while, I get the notice of suspected commercial use when connecting to my media center which is on a VPN, but I just contact support and they always resolve the issue. I'm using the free version for personal use and am just glad it's still free. The phone app works great and I'm easily able to remote in and navigate my desktop PC with multiple monitors, my media center, my son's computer, and my mom's PC from anywhere.

This is great! I'm on my Galaxy Tab S7, controlling my laptop at home, and getting full Office apps to work with instead of settling for the Android versions, which don't always have the functions I need. I can write code and compile. My only complaint is that my s-pen doesn't act as a pen on the remote, because my remote tablet is pen capable, and I like to use the full desktop version of OneNote whenever possible, as the Android version is severely lacking in features. Not a deal breaker.
