Team Viewer has by far always been the most reliable and cost effective remote access solution for me as a technician. Even with marginal network connections. We've tried LogmeIn and others only to come back. Some security conscious over-zealous IT people dont like allowing it on their networks but it is super easy to install and use. We have a corporate account but the free version is still great and its amazing what can be done with it. This is one application I've never had to fight with.

Used to be better. Over time the software has become increasingly restricted. In the past one could queue multiple downloads/transfers and still interact with the software while the transfers were progressing. Now, one is forced to wait for the single transfer to complete before another can be queued. Teamviewer's algorithms to detect comercial use are faulty. Teamviewer is difficult to contact. I'd provide details, but, this review is limited to 500 characters.

I know a few people who use this for their business and don't get flagged and others that don't at all but have gotten flagged. so far, it's been working well for me and letting me manage my multiple PCs.. occasionally a device has gotten signed out and I couldn't access them when I really needed to but it's been pretty rock solid. looking at paying for it soon.
