3. Enter the ID from the QuickSupport app into the ID field and connect

Huge disappointment. Not at all comparable with the PC Desktop version. Took me a Google search to find out which ID I need (not the obvious one from TeamViewer app, but one from QuickAssist app), which must be downloaded on top. After this, it needed yet another add-on, which was downloaded after another Google research to read what was blocking its download in the background. Finally all settled and comnected, and nothing happens when I click somewhere on the partner's phone. Useless.

The app itself is no longer great, the new toolbar design requires more clicks to access the keyboard. And I cannot intuitively find the ability to press F1-F12 keys... The blue bar covers the bottom of the screen, and zooming out to have functionality and visibility is not possible. If any update is available you MUST update or your versions are not compatible. Even though nothing has changed with the computer that is being accessed. No update or anything to that version of TeamViewer.

I love team viewer for its simplicity and ubiquity. But this is now my second Oneplus device ("7t pro", first being "6") having the same issue of opening the keyboard making the bottom bar vanish and covering the lower section of the received screen. And no, it is not even resizing the screen as it did on my Samsung galaxy s8. So it is a nightmare to enter any text in any area that is at the bottom of the screen, for example a windows start menu, as you cant look at it while typing!
