Teamviewer used to be great but not any more. I've used for over 10 years. They have made is so difficult for personal free use. Over the last several years my account keeps getting flagged for commercial use. I've only used this for personal use and never commercial use. If you look online you will see several other users have this same issue. It's annoying to keep having to request my account be unflagges for commercial use. I have now moved on to use RustDesk which doesn't have this issue.

This app is Great. I'm a service tech and the only thing I have a small problem with is that it doesn't save your phone's mac address and I have to re-sign in everytime but that is ok since it for security reasons. Other than that it's my life a lot easier that I can log in and see the PLC computer at work and check on it so that I can see if a problem is happening without get a late night call out to the facility that is in a shutdown. I do recommend if you need to check up on your facilities.

Back in the day, teamviewer was the way to go for remote access. But somewhere along the way they started falsely accusing me of using it commercially when I've never used it commercially. So instead of allowing them to continue to falsely accuse me and harass me with pop-ups, I switched to VNC and chrome remote desktop. Both free. Both can be used on mobile too. Life has been so much better and less stressful. Explore your options. Teamviewer isn't the only game in town.
