Ratings and reviews

Unstable. The Last week or two since major changes were made to the app, it is a 50/50 chance I can connect to my computer. Sometimes it says authentication rejected, and the credentials are saved and automatically used. How can the same credentials be rejected sometimes and not other times? Unreliable at this point. It may be time to start looking for alternatives.

works great, but if you use it a couple of times from mobile, they close your connections as "commercial use detected." They will deny any requests to unlock, as it isn't for commercial use. It shows when you can reuse it for another 2 minutes (really more like 45 seconds), but even that timer just keeps going up. So I'm just using until I can find something better. Sadly, I used to use this many years ago when the free option was viable.

Horrible app that doesn't work! I was doing a backup on my personal PC in one room of my house and decided to check on it from my phone in another room of my house. Somehow TeamViewer decided that was "commercial use" and locked me out. I don't even have a job right now!!! I contacted customer (dis)service but they're ignoring me. Save your time and use any of the other remote access apps!
