Not connecting I'm not able to connect to my pc. The app says "connection could not be established, please check your internet connection" whereas I can use other internet based applications.
Keeps disconnecting I use the app daily to control my pc from my tablet, but it keeps closing the session every hour or two, i assume android kills the application (i dont have any task killers or RAM cleaners on my tablet), please look up this issue, and maybe the PC team viewer is the one that is killed by my pc (i have a Toshiba Satellite pc and samsung note 3 tablet) ... Thanks
Can't establish a connection I am able to use internet in all apps but when I starts TeamViewer app then it is showing a toast message that 'A connection could not be established. Please check your internet connection and try again.
Absolutly amazing The first time when i tried this app for android it didnt work as expected. Now it is working very well, you can do anything with your mobile phone on your deskpot or laptop pc. Must have, if you need to do something on your computer on the go.
Can't use anymore My company bought v9. My mobile app automatically upgraded to v10. Now I can no longer support any customers on v9 and can't (legally) connect to any customers running v10. Can't find any way to downgrade mobile apps back to v9 anywhere. Seems like once you buy a version of this software they want to keep making money out of you by forcing you to pay again to upgrade every time they release a new version. 😠
Very helpinful app Made my life easier. Now i can tranfer files and remote control my pc from the same platform. No need to have 2 different apps for these two purposes.
