This is a great app, but there are a few important issues that really should be attended to. Most importantly, you should explicitly state that in order to Remotely Control another device, (Android phone), you need to sign up for an account, (free or paid). No account shows error that gives no indication that you need account, (no route). Also, I still cannot figure out if you also need Quick Support and Universal Add On if you are the controller, not the one receiving support. Very confusing.

So frustrating!! Trying to help a senior citizen with their phone remotely and the app just will not connect. Tried to connect separately to my husband's phone to rule out user error and also would not work. Also, when the person sends you a link requesting support on their phone, it doesn't open the app. It opens the phones browser and wants to install the app again... endless loop of it asking you to install again. I am so frustrated right now.

since update it can't connect to other device. it was working perfectly before. don't remember but it says can't establish connection (no route) something like that. I uninstalled it since it's no longer works. I tried it on my 2 mobile phones connected to the same WiFi network, tried it with my friend in another country, tried different devices. I was not able to connect to any.
