The app works great and as intended ... unless your network connectivity fluctuates at all during the connection. When the connection fluctuates the screen image freezes and doesn't change. Cursor inputs still work but it doesn't matter because you can't see what you're doing anyway. Attempting to close the connection in this state will freeze the app. You must force close and reopen the app to get it working again.

I've been using this app for a little more than a year. Now I'm having an issue. I can't find solutions. I browse all sites, including teamviewer, but there is no answer. My phone is halfway across the globe, and occasionally, I can't log in because it said the divice is offline, while I'm talking with my family. If teamviewer finds solutions, then I have no issue. I'll give two thumbs up.

Worked great for years, worthless now. Won't let me connect multiple times or for more than 30 secs. Says they detect commercial use, but I use it on my personal PC to troubleshoot security/camera system. Reached out to support several days ago to resolve and no response. Uninstalling and going to better alternatives (chrome, etc.). I'd recommend staying away or else you'll be left with a useless solution.
