I've been using Teamwork for years. All of my employees use it daily. It great. However, the mobile app seems incomplete. It has lots of features, but many core functions seem to have been skipped over. For example, right now, my main frustration is the inability to move a task to a different task list. Yes, just moving a task. Makes it impossible to use the app to process incoming tasks and move to the correct list. When editing a task, tapping the task list name does nothing.

We recently moved to Teamwork, and while the desktop version works fine, the mobile app is extremely disappointing. There’s no proper chat or inbox feature, which makes it almost useless for urgent communication. A work app without basic messaging feels incomplete. The whole point of having a mobile app is to stay connected on the go, but this one completely fails at that.

teamwork is an important part of organizing our business, the desktop version is fantastic but the mobile apps lack very basic features. tags in board view? task due dates in the calendar? I love getting emails from them about new ai features when they don't even have the fundamentals down for mobile. If they would take care of the apps as well as they do the desktop this would be 5* easy, and I'm happy to update my review when they take care of these issues.
