Doesn't work properly. Very strange behaviour on Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge in trying to select directories and multiple files for batch processing; will probably have to replace with a better app.
I used to have problems but I eventually found that by changing a setting in my photo editing app, on the 'save' page, this editor works flawlessly, reading & saving the exif data, which can then 'all' be edited or added to if required. It's perfect!
Works well. Simple interface. Recommended
To Willi Bald This App is a GUI for libexif.so. ExifTool is also an platform-independent Perl library plus a command-line application for reading, writing and editing metadata. Don't get mad at me, but I can't agree with what you've said about Batch processing. The only reason why you can duplicate a file is for building you a personal sidecar file. What really can be a little bit confusing , is a workflow where "multiple images" is chosen. But the batch processing with directory's works very nice.
Cool. Just what I was looking for in order to batch-edit GPS information for a vast load of pictures.
Losing ground I used to be able to rely on this app. No longer. It's as lost as Google Photos. If Google is unable to properly track photos on a device, I hold little hope for this app. Google has allegedly resolved its SD card security troubles through the Lollipop release, and still no upgrade for this app?
Fixed reading of files from SD card and other external storage.
