I am giving a single star, because mostly the items available online are not available for delivery. One of the most pathetic online stores. Then the staff handling that matter is either less motivated or lazy. It's been over one year, since I started ordering online, but the problem persists. This also shows the irresponsible behaviour by the handlers of Alfatah stores.

the user is not being activated..I have tried multiple times. when I continued as guest even the app can't locate me. they need to improve it a big time. I could't get to the point to order even.

Bad experience. The items loading while scrolling is terrible and also items aren't properly categorized and mix of items can be seen time to time. Secondly, the billing turned about to be different by adding extra amount of baggages which could have been managed at the time of billing within the app instead of asking for extra money at doorstep. Lastly, terrible delivery times as the delivery was expected to be made in the time given and instead it was delivered a day later. Very inconvenient
