overall. After months of usage, the app is not at all user friendly. I don't use the voice feature 95% of the time. Rest 5% it doesn't work as expected and I've to end up typing. Which is even worst. Promotions and offers are poorly described, it is misleading most of the time. Bill fetching doesn't work, and they don't fix it even after complaining. I'm huge fan of AI and really disappointed to see developers have not done anything properly with Niki. I just hope it was better!

After the recent update the has become very slow and also its user interface is not very good it seems. Its not as clean as it used to be. More over the old transactions and their details are all lost. I need to refill the details of recurring transactions that I used to perform every month. This has become absolutely nonsense. Moreover there are no offers for old users now.

I really hate the chatting system. It takes lot of time. Worst UX. For example while doing recharge, you will not get all plan details even if lot of free space available on the cards meant to display it. There are so many issues with user experience where user has to do extra clicks. Apart from all this your payment will not reflect for days. No dedicated customer care number. User have to write emails and wait for their reply(48 hours) after doing the recharge. A lot of improvement needed.
