Ratings and reviews

The app glitches & almost non-existent customer service. Run away from this app & company. I attempted to cancel my trial subscription before my trial subscription ended. There was no option in the app, and customer service would not respond to my requests. Truckbook charged me after I followed their procedure to cancel the trial subscription. The app does not have full function, with the main issue being the keyboard not opening to allow the user to type the destination. Very disappointing...

The app is ok, but it's geared to the US market. All of the measurements are in imperial, with no option to switch to the metric system (come on, you're only one of three countries that still use imperial). Developer is NOT RESPONSIVE to email inquiries. Looses GPS signal quite often. This appears to be more of an app that appeals to hotshot transportation rather than mainstream truckers.

Update - app maps is no longer working. Put in addresses and it is just a white screen. Can not do anything except to cancel. Tried restarting phone. No change. Looked for an update. None since Sept. Guess I will have to find another app. Too bad, this was a very helpful app I have only used it for the directions. It is simple to use. It HAS brought our tractor trailer on a dirt road, but as always you must verify your route first. All the road labels (no trucks etc) are awesome. No ads either.
