Pathetic experience! Developers did not cover edge cases. I have faced this multiple times. Transfer amount deducts from your balance even YOU DIDN'T confirm the transaction for some reason. And you won't get your amount back in JazzCash balance until the transaction is expired (although never made in real). Recently I have to made a transfer but I put a wrong number, before entering MPIN, app was closed. Now I re-login to app and boom! My balance amount is already deducted. Now I am stuck

Jazz, please fix the bugs in your app. When trying to subscribe to an internet package, the app sometimes sends load to a number instead of activating the package. Additionally, some features don't work or fail to display properly at times. Moreover, I am unable to connect my Payoneer account through the app. Please address these issues as soon as possible.

Sudden Eligibility Issues! I've been using JazzCash for the past 5 years with no issues. My loan repayments were always on time, and I have a good credit score. However, since the last update, I keep getting an error saying I'm not eligible for EasyCash. This sudden change is frustrating and inconvenient. I hope JazzCash resolves this issue soon.
