Ratings and reviews

With the latest update it's difficult to search and book Gametime activities. Now it takes you to the recommendation section which is not great because it doesn't sort by distance and you have to scroll a lot to find the games you are looking for. Regular players will mostly book the same time and same place and usually book multiple slots together. Improving the UX for the same would be very helpful

Perhaps a nice idea, but it has not worked with me in last 1 month. I play tennis, found multiple activities near me, requested and sometimes even got accepted. However, people change venues, never respond requests, or simply not show up as if they have offline settlement. i believe, this app is works better for team sports not individual ones.

I recently had a very bad experience with Playo. I rescheduled my booking and received a app confirmation date. I thought my booking was secure as I had a screenshot of the confirmation. Having discovered later that my rescheduled date had disappeared from my bookings, I contacted customer service, only to get repeated generic answer that my booking rescheduling was not successful. How did I get a screenshot showing the rescheduled date confirmation if it had not been successful?!
