Very bad. Never have i seen an application that logs you out after the app is updated. I also tried logging in with my user which did not work. Forget password feature does not work. Creating an account form on the mobile shows firstname, lastname, mobile number an error validation that "passwords do not match" when it matches and it doesn't make sense as errors on those fields. Had to create a new account from the web. Needs more QA, Very bad user experience, you can do better.

The application is not stable. Every year the error repeats itself and you have to change the email address and enter all the information again. But this year nothing works with this application because it is blocked at the password ́ "password don't match" in the first and last name boxes which is an illogical error

Simple, but suddenly doesnt load some sections on both wifi and 4G, you need to close the app and visit again. Another annoying thing is the app not saving the logins like before. After each use I need to put my username and password. In one of the latest updates, I cannot see the speed of my bundle, it only shows the space in GBs. Last thingl is the bundles to pick from, anybody can jump to high speed and fibers, while 90% of our lines in Lebanon do not support the tech.
