its a good if you have low body fat percentage and trying to get a six pack
Great for beginners If your new to working out and your abs aren't accustomed to being worked, this app is for you. I've been working out for close to a year, at least 3 days a week and was looking for a new ab routine and decided to give this one a try. The beginning stages are well below the intensity level in looking for but I'll stick through it to the end and see what happens. Only complaint I have of of your using your device for music, it shuts off when you hit "start exercise".
Should review at end I'm on day 10 and loving the app so far. Brilliant that it gives you video instructions to make sure you're doing the exercise properly to ensure you're getting the most out of your work out. It definitely gives me a kick to workout every day as before I'd work out 3 times a week. Excellent kick to get you motivated. Feeling the burn and the benefits as my core is already a lot stronger!!! Doing more of your 30 day challenges. I'm now addicted
Great, exactly what I was looking for! I'm only on day three at the moment which looks very simple to do. 25 sit ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg raises and 15 second plank. I do these as many times a day i can fit them in to make sure at the end of this workout I get the best results possible. I recommend downloading this app as it can keep you track of your progress too. But it doesn't seem to set my reminder for 7:30am??
Feel the burn but.. I am on day 5. I can really feel the muscles working. No definition yet, chose this to help rid of pregnancy weight. There is no sound even though you clearly see them talking. Also, for beginners, the instructions are not very clear (especially the plank) are you up for a count of 20 or rest on the floor between each individual one?
Great app Love the app its progressive which helps you build up to a lot of reps. The only thing I wish is that it had the option to adjust the rest days. I dont want to reset and start all over but my normal rest day is on Wed. So it would be nice to just select that wed is a rest day and for the exercises to adjust. It'll also be nice if it had an option for extension. Once the 30 days are up you can keep going. Otherwise I love this app.
