Great app and you'll notice results in about 5 days, especially if you're not that big to begin. Pretty basic exercises but basically it sets up your endurance with a few moves and keeps you motivated with reminders to do these exercises every day. 30 day butt challenge is good too! Same idea but for your butt and legs. Bye bye cellulite! I'd highly recommend keeping track of your weight, fat, and muscle mass every day at the same time so if you're heavier set than you'll better see your results. If you don't have that sort of scale than just have faith and keep at her!
Great, exactly what I was looking for! I'm only on day three at the moment which looks very simple to do. 25 sit ups, 10 crunches, 10 leg raises and 15 second plank. I do these as many times a day i can fit them in to make sure at the end of this workout I get the best results possible. I recommend downloading this app as it can keep you track of your progress too. But it doesn't seem to set my reminder for 7:30am??
Should review at end I'm on day 10 and loving the app so far. Brilliant that it gives you video instructions to make sure you're doing the exercise properly to ensure you're getting the most out of your work out. It definitely gives me a kick to workout every day as before I'd work out 3 times a week. Excellent kick to get you motivated. Feeling the burn and the benefits as my core is already a lot stronger!!! Doing more of your 30 day challenges. I'm now addicted
Results period I'm on day 27/30 and I'm going to start off by saying I started at an average build. Skinny but still had a layer of fat. Now that I'm on day 27 I can honestly say I'm still at an average build. Now the results are great though because I'm doing over 100 situps a day and close to 300 movements a day (not counting plank). This app is a great way to start off on your ab routines and has helped tremendously. If you're looking for a foundation to abs this is it.
Worked very well:) Just finished day 30 and much tighter/more toned stomach :) just had a baby in April and I think if I do the challenge one more time I will be in a bikini by mid summer!! Love the gradual increase, you can actually feel yourself get stronger as the days go on. Only complaint was I couldn't get volume on the instructional videos.. But i took before and after photos and there is a very noticeable difference so overall very happy :)
Fantastic Absolutely love this app, didn't think I'd stick to it but with the reminders I'm now on day 17 and noticed a big difference but for beginners some sort of beep to show timings and a counter would be good otherwise people might do their sit ups too fast and won't feel the full benefits. Thankfully before kids I used to work in a gym but not everyone has that knowledge.
