Love it. Very simple easy moves that really work. Builds up slowly at the start but by the end it was very difficult to complete. Has made a huge difference though. I am going to restart it now I have finished to keep me going and keep in shape. Hopefully it will be easier this time! It also only takes a couple of minutes to complete. You would need to use it as a supplement for other fitness activities, but as an extra it is perfect. It's very motivating.
I am on my third day and i can totally feel it in my legs and butt. It is hard i probably havent worked out in years and it feels figgin fantastic! Im not super overweight but i just want to feel better about myself. I didnt think an app on my phone could truly help me do that but low and behold! Thank you to the people that made this! Seriously, im gonna stick through with this and continue on until im where i want to be! Thank you so much
Challenging Slow build up to more and more reps in each set of workouts. I can feel it working and my confidence has soared only 10 days in. Great app for people who can't make it to the gym or who don't like working out in front of people. The only catch is you absolutely have to be self-motivated to keep moving forward because it does get challenging
Perfect I rarely leave reviews on any apps I use, but this app is incredible. I'm only about a week in and not only am I excited to do my exercises everyday, but I'm already seeing results. My confidence is soaring and I love it. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to get more toned and give their bottoms more volume. (Anyone that really is willing to work for it that is)
Rest days ? I am not seeing any rest days built in ? Am I missing something here ? Looks to be a nice app though. Will try it and rate again. Also reminders don't work right. I set it for 2:15 pm and it goes off at 8:25 pm . it says it is set for the correct time , but it doesn't reflect it. Please fix this and I will rate one more star. I am however enjoying the exersizes
Builder It starts off easy and adds reps each/every other day. The three workouts stay the same. They're very effective, if you know how to isolate specific muscles and perform correctly. Adding this 30day challenge in with other work out routines. Sore after the 2nd day! Good sore ;)
