I LOVE MI~MOBILE! Best self running app I HAVE! I have cashed out SOOO MANY TIMES ITS CRAZY!! I love you Media Insiders! I use my giftcard rewards to buy my 2 cat's supplies ( litter food treats etc.) so THANK YOU sooo much for helping me keep my cats so well fed/cared for for so long! I'm a dedicated member for LIFE if you'll have me! It's also VERY AWESOME to know I am helping shape and improve the media we all consume EVERYDAY!
Excellent App Whenever I've had a question or concern Media Insiders has been quick to respond and work with me. Had this on my other phone (then lost the phone) and was worried I'd loose my points, was assured that I would be ok till I was able to replace my phone. First thing I installed was Media Insiders and my points were still there! I always keep my phone on when I watch TV. Only thing I wish would be if it was more accurate in recognizing shows so I don't get the dreaded 'no match' and thus don't get points.
Great experience Honestly if you don't like this app,you are crazy. Lol. One of the best reward programs out there. I've been using it for about a year now and have gotten so much free food from it and free starbucks that I can tell you it is legit...the points accumulate fast too... Like I cashed out a $10 Chilli's gift card 2.5 weeks ago and already have another $10 worth if points...
Nothing changed, but the app and now I get nothing. Contacted customer services and was told I'm not watching enough TV, devices aren't on or are running other apps. Again nothing has changed with my devices and viewing habits with TV from before the update to the new. Bad app and now it seems bad customer service as they just seem to want to blame the user. I'm not even getting the points for 2 devices and tablet and those have nothing to do with viewing habits.
After sticking with it over the last several months, points have recovered to $1.75 a week plus the occasional usage bonus and a healthy serving of 50 cent viewing surveys. Not as high as before the changes were instituted but still represents free money that is hard to find.
