With the changes I went from earning 750 points per week to 325 points a week. I am thankful, but that's a big drop. Even though I am getting 3 or more check marks for TV activity I am told that I still do not get the points for week 28. I am doing nothing different. So not only did the cut my points, but now they are saying just because you get check marks that doesn't matter. Before I did not get a check mark if there was no TV activity. Every time there is an update something change & not for the good.
Nothing changed, but the app and now I get nothing. Contacted customer services and was told I'm not watching enough TV, devices aren't on or are running other apps. Again nothing has changed with my devices and viewing habits with TV from before the update to the new. Bad app and now it seems bad customer service as they just seem to want to blame the user. I'm not even getting the points for 2 devices and tablet and those have nothing to do with viewing habits.
Been using for years Great app! I've been a member for roughly 4 or 5 years now (I've lost count). I'm just upset that the app crashes if I try to check my messages.
Still not working properly did everything I was told to do by customer service and App still logs me out and just stop showing what I am watching on it's own don't know what else to do...
