For the first time i tried to pay my postpaid bill through telenor app and the amount got deducted from my account but the bill was not paid. Really bad service. And very annoying pop-up adds. At least the official app should not have such annoying adds. Paying the bill through the app also promised 5 GB extra data which was also not provided. Really disappointing.

Good service with illegal balance deduction issues. Things are not transparent and balance use to reduce without any usage. It's not just me but the similar experiences have also been reported by the several other telenore users. This issue may please be sorted out to make it reliable service. Thanks.

Since I downloaded this apps, it's a very disappointing experience, the balance deductions for many mos are unresolved, wrote complaints but was given reply which was hogwash. Thinking of removing this apps totally, before, my balance acct piled up in savings mode, this time, all money is eaten all the time, needed to recharge & my bills are getting 5 times more of it's usage which by the way, didn't apply, activate or use. Pls correct this matter, otherwise your services are not needed anymore
