I'm very disappointed with this app and have wasted almost 700 rupees by activating offers through this app. I activated the offer and was unable to use this offer. I have contacted their customer service many times but they always say that sir "offer is activated" then why I'm unable to use service they ask for balance is mandatory I recharged 2 times but balance used for calls not offer. Never use this app for the rest of your life. If you downloaded it mistakenly then never activate any offer

My balance keeps getting deducted without my permission. I noticed daily charges for Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube even though I use WiFi and never turned on mobile data. I also found unwanted offers/subscriptions activated on my number. This is very frustrating and unfair. Please investigate these unauthorized deductions and resolve the issue.

I have been trying to unblock my number for last 16 hours. I have called on the helpline 3 times and have loaded twice but still no response from the customer care. and now when im trying to call, the voice call tells me that I have used all my attempts for today. and then they ask at the end of every conversation to grade the experience. strange that such a simple task needs so many requests from the helpline.
