Like most (and so far all) mobile process server apps, this a captive product that you cannot use independantly on your own. Unlike most, this one does'nt have the courtesy to tell you that, so you waste your time installing it. Worthless to the independant.

i have been using Mobile Agent and Paper Tracker since 2017. Great sotware, and fantastic and effective customer service and support. I highly recomend this to any fellow process server.

Tons of error messages, not user friendly,very slow, crashes often, time waster, frustrating, Ajax errors? The development team should consider looking at IPST as a benchmark, also they need to work with a actual process server in the field before rolling this out?

Sorry your experience with the program has been less than ideal.
It’s true that once the program has an error it will continue to get errors until they are cleared.
I will reach out to you later today so we can get you functional like the other servers using the app.
