The Otto app lets pet owners conveniently connect with their veterinarian clinic to get the best care for their pets. Easily chat with your clinic, manage appointments and stay synced on your pet’s health.

With the Otto app, you can:
*Request appointments, prescription refills, or follow up after appointments
*Access and share pet vaccine information with other service providers, such as your groomer or boarder
*Chat with your clinic to ask pet health questions
*See upcoming appointments and reminders as well as information about previous visits
*Digitally check in for appointments
*Complete payments for appointments or pre-pay for upcoming services

Ratings and reviews

Basic app to communicate to my vet's office. There could be some improvements to this app - listing upcoming appts for each pet under a different heading than "service reminders." That sounds like it's a vehicle reminder for services, not veterinarian appointments/upcoming appointments for my pets. One of my dog's appointments does not show up under that reminder section. Perhaps also list pets' medications under their individual profile, as well as their last date of each vaccination.

I generally find the platform helpful, but it absolutely needs some UX help for multiple animals: animal profiles you can click on and nest conversations under would be great. Right now, it supports only one conversation at a time; with six cats, most of whom have some special needs, it's very odd to me that I can't run conversations on a couple of my cats at once, in different chats.

Meh. PetPro Connect was miles better. You can't see full records, or vaccines, or full chat histories. It's frustrating as hell if you want to see your pet's info without having to call your vet for everything. The chat feature is nice for reaching out to my vet, but it's nothing other apps don't already have as well. It's easy to use, because there isn't much to do except chat with your vet.
