App no longer works: won't show saldo. Reinstalling doesn't work. It won't let me update/add bank account number. Useless now. Help only available via social media?! Newsflash, not everyone's on social media. Update: App is working again. Had to log in on the website and add my bank account there. That, weirdly, got the app going again. Update 2: not working again (?) Sigh... Update 3: App decided to start working again a few weeks ago and is still working. Strange.

This app seemed like an improvement, but it's as utterly useless as it's predessors have been because if you run out of useable internet, it is rendered useless. I could not log in until I used another person's telephone in which to purchase more data. This is absurd. Bank services continue, email continues to be usable, but not Telia's own app. Why is this? What on earth are they thinking? Clearly, not convience.
