Very disappointing experience. I first reported this issue on July 14, and after weeks, nothing has been fixed. My child is incorrectly marked as having completed a health check they never attended. Even worse, the Health Report now contains someone else's medical data. This is a serious data privacy issue. Support only replies that the case is "being processed" without providing any real solution or timeline. I cannot trust an app that handles sensitive health data this carelessly.

This is bs application. I have already the app and updated to the new version, and it didn't recognized my ID number / NIK. Try to uninstall and install still didn't work. Even i try to delete my account, it says i don't have any account. Then try to make new account with my NIK, it said, my NIK already registered. so frustrating.

Stupid and slow app. I spent hours just to login using the phone number verification, but the app didn't send the verification number within 2 minutes. And after that i can't login anymore for 3 hours. Completely useless app. It's a garbage. You need to fix this issue. Please make the certification code longer and faster. 2 minutes is too short. I have a strong signal and wifi.
