New UI update is making the app incredibly heavy, slow, and unbearable to use. It takes ages to load the home page. The animation is far from smooth. The the worst part is it's not even look good. We don't care about the aesthetics... Just make it simple, functional, good performance that doesn't take a huge memory and CPU usage, and fix the service.

The app performance is absolutely awful, especially after the new update, which blurs the background a lot and added a weird shape(?) at the bottom. It takes ages to even load the home page, let alone literally any other tab or window it has. As if you aren't already using up your internet just using the app. We're not here for the pretty UI's, please. Focus more on functionality. And the options for different packets.

SCAM! Go to another Telcom!!! App is forcing you to spend more. The package I bought last month isn't available next month, the new packages are more expensive with extras I dislike. I tried to see all packages, it kept saying there is no internet. Not true! Wifi is fine. The app just won't let me see the cheaper packages. If you have no credit, you can look around for packages and find some nice affordable packages. After you add cash, the ones you wanted disappear!

What's new

Dear Taylor, I want to thank—not you, but MyTelkomsel. Thanks to the latest update, I know all too well which quota is the priority. My credit balance is under control, no overcharging even when I'm abroad. My inbox and search are so organized, and Pointastic Deal are such good deals.

In v7.3, even you can place MyAds to promote your next single, since there's a complete choice of bank payments & e-wallets! I'm so glad getting rewards & GraPARI appointments are easier, too.
