In my opinion, for a telecommunication company, MyTelkomsel apps quite suck. It's constantly either freeze, crash, or taking time to refresh or to exchange between windows / feature. At certain time, I even have to uninstall then reinstall the apps to make it works, then later after sometimes it went back to above mentioned issues. Amazingly, after so many years, there's no improvements has been made, despite several updates.

I always get logged out of my account, and now the option to log in with my email has disappeared. Disappointed. Come on, guys, just don't randomly log out my account from the app. I'm logging into the app for my parent; they can't learn how to buy some data by themselves.

The app almost always fails to load with a connection error notification. I topped up my credit a few days ago, but the balance hasn't been updated yet, even though my remaining internet package status has been updated. My connection is fine on other apps. I pay a lot for fast internet, but this supporting app is very disappointing. If I can't buy data packages from the app, what's the point of it? The update did not improve anything; in fact, its performance has worsened. Minus rating, I'd say.
