I've been using this app for a pretty long time, but now since the app ask for update (which I already did), when I opened it the app suddenly crashed and wouldn't let me to open it. I already report the bug and restarting my phone and it didn't help either. Please fix this, I really need to buy a mobile data. Thank you.

I've tried to verify my personal information using my ID card in this application. Previously, I had followed the instructions correctly and scanned my ID Card. Then, there is no preview or opportunity to edit whether my name is read correctly or not before verification. Suddenly the verification was declared successful and it turned out that my name was spelled incorrectly. Then, I just realized that once verified, the personal information in this app can't be edited. Such a waste of time.

Always encountering problems whenever i want to topup. Before the payment using credit card as an international user from other country,the payment with card cannot go through. And now there is no credit card option for me to topup. As non-indonesian user it is really annoying. Please fix it asap so i can consider giving higher stars.
