I don't want to defame another service provider's app, but it's so refreshing that Tello's app is, actually, fully functional. Downloaded it a few days ago and I've had no issues so far (unlike another app/website that will not be named). Yes, I am thoroughly pissed at my previous sp. So, Thank you Tello for your great customer service and an app that functions well and that I can easily navigate through. Literally could find everything I needed to!

Both app and website are very hard to see when your bill is do. On the dashboard main pain is nothing but junk and I cant find my bill or when it's due or how to pay it. So I have 4 phones, I went to see if it was paid, says it was paid. Then my phone gets shut off!! Not realizing it's only paid for 2 of the phones, Because I CAN'T see what's been paid. ! This is our first month having this service, definitely switching. Still can't figure it out and why they got this bad review!

Works well. Provides the information I need. Not great but plenty good enough. I read some of the poor reviews, either these people have no clue or they want the world for a dollar. The same goes for the plans. I cut my phone bill from AT&T by $80 a month with no loss of service or function. The sim arrived in 3 days, I installed it in my l, 5 minutes later I made calls. Ten minutes and my AT&T number was ported. Voicemail followed a few minutes later. No issues at all. Working like a champ.
