Horrible App, if I could rate it a negative it would be. It freezes up all the time. Has difficulty loading. Unable to delete messages on the app but can on the website. The user interface is not user-friendly. Difficulty loading money for yourself or the inmate. Unable to delete contacts at all on either the app or the website. Literally, if there was another option I would use it cause this app sucks majorly.

No way to deposit $ in the app so you can actually use this service. App owner please fix and test. Update: In order to get this to work on an Android device, I needed to decrease the system default font size so the disclaimers on the bottom of the screen did not cover up the buttons for making a deposit or checking status of your account. Not a great solution but it works. Maybe the disclaimers at the bottom of the screen could be simplified so they don't cover up so much of the screen.

Unfortunately, this app is so glitchy. Sometimes, after you've typed a message and try to send it, it gets deleted, but you still get charged for the message. Also, recently, I am not able to type my messages in the app. It just freezes after a couple words so I have to type my messages in another app and then copy and paste them into this app. I wish there were a better option to message my loved one.
