My land line has no dial tone, and I cannot make or receive calls! But I cannot make an appointment for a repairman! I have tried 3x!!! All I am told is to send a message to 050 (from my cell phone? WHY?) Then, the online HELP tells me that the problem must be resolved since it did not receive a message... I am using Live Chat to communicate with them! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY TELMEX CANNOT SEND A MAN TO MY HOUSE, AND REPAIR MY TELEPHONE LINE. Useless, waste of time. No service, Only sales!

Lousy. For such a big company (and a technological one at that), one would think they would invest a bit more on the ways to interact and make things easier for its customers, but no. I haven't been able to use the app in over three months, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Have also struggled with the website. No way of checking balance or make payments. I definitely have had to pay the way it has been done for 30 years (physically or by phone). Way to go!

Won't save or email statements. Telmex's website is notorious for being 'down' for days. This app will get you in to view and pay your bill, but none of the other 'sharing/output' features work.
