Ratings and reviews

Video does not always play. I click on a video and nothing happens sometimes. Other times it works. Quite annoying. If you watch a video in portrait mode and switch to landscape the video starts all over again. Plus when reading an article, a new article is ready below it, however if you scroll too early ( eg before the first article has fully loaded) then the 2nd article takes over. So I have to click back and load the first story again.

unfortunately requires mobile number to create afl identity for basically account recovery. It's an afl account so it's not life or death.🤣 hmm, it seems the people behind this app have never heard of an alternate email address for account recovery.🤣 also, no dark mode. hey devs it's 2026, dark mode has been available on a multitude of other apps (including the thugby league app from the same developer) for a while now.🙄 now footy live app is working again this app can be uninstalled.

The AFL invests significantly in many areas, yet the Android app remains nearly unusable. The user interface is laggy, scrolling is unresponsive, and the app frequently crashes or hangs. With the new season approaching, a major stability update is overdue. Please prioritize fixing these performance issues for Android users before round one
