The upgraded app is the worst I've ever used. Most of the time I can't use it because won't open. So much for being able to check my data usage, bill or anything else. Prefer the old version that worked whenever I needed it to quickly and without any fuss and didn't constantly send me out of the app to re-logon someone else to do stuff.

Telstra, clearly from the amount of reviews with customers not being about to log in due to the app continually closing and people not being able to reinstall it there is obviously an issue with the app. This is the only way I access my account and pay the bill so until the app is fixed I can't pay. I guess I will hear from you when my account hasn't been paid.

Genuinely one of the most frustrating apps to use. Since Telstra removed the only reliable method of recharging via SMS, this app is the replacement, much to everyone's dismay. Take for instance trying to recharge with this app, if I have card set up for auto payments, I now can't change that card to another, even with my default card changed it, refuses to let me remove an expired card that it keeps trying to charge. The menus are unreliable, the service is poor, the options are annoying.
